Winter Associations Workshop: We will host our fourth virtual winter workshop Sunday, 25 February. The schedule of presentations will be available in early February. Accreditation Update: The portal for uploading your 2023 accreditation materials is open at: https://usatf.wufoo.com/forms/2024-association-accreditation/ As we start the 2023 accreditation process here are a couple of reminders: You may have as many Wufoo submissions as you need so rather than wait until you have every item just send what you have and fill in more later. Please recognize that Wufoo has the habit of resetting at midnight so if you are working late or planning to hit the submit the next day you may lose your work and have to start over. We are looking for the tax documents you submitted to the IRS last year (2022 990). The rest of the documents are 2023. It is important that the bylaws that you submit are the current bylaws approved by your Association membership and posted on your Association website. If you have an unapproved update and wish to submit them, please identify in the file name that they are unapproved. Please submit your championships on the excel spreadsheet provided in the ARC. It greatly simplifies our work when the championships are in a common format. Also, please make sure that the sanction number is included (several championships may be on the same sanction). Click here for up-to-date accreditation information and timeline On another front, the Annual Meeting is now only 11 months away and with it credentialing for the meeting will become everyone's focus. We will be working together with the National Office to fix many of the issues that came to light last year but it is never too early to plan for success. If you have individuals who are always on your delegation and will likely be so next year, consider what these indiviudals can do now to meet your coaches and athlete credentialing requirements. If you are concerned, now is the time to think about other individuals who may be interested and available to help represent your Association. I look forward to receiving your accreditation data and as usual, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate contacting Accreditation Subcommittee Chair Greg Mohl.
