Interview with Head Coach Paul Carrozza:
1. What is your club’s official name?
BornToRun Track Club
2. Where is your club based (where do you practice)?
Austin, Texas. We train at Austin High School and The Farwest Area
3. When was your club established?
2013
4. What is your coaching background?
Coaching Runners of all levels for 40+ years. From beginners to World Championship, USATF Finalist and NCAA All-Americans and National Champions, UIL State Champions.,etc. Focusing mostly on middle distances.
5. What is your athletic background?
NCAA D2 All-American, Team National Championship at Abilene Christian University. Broke 2:00 in the 800 from 17-43 years old. USATF Master’s National Champion 2 mile Relay. 3:46/1:50 lifetime PR’s.

Focus on the middle distances, speed endurance, drills, hills, fartlek, short rest intervals

Coaching Shiela to World Championship Team for USA in 1993
