Dear Parents, Coaches, Athletes, Officials and Members of Texas Southern Association:

The Executive Committee is pleased to announce our upcoming annual meeting for the Texas Southern Association. All personnel are requested to adhere to the guidelines of this message, as we will be strictly adhering to this format to ensure this meeting operates as smooth and enjoyable as possible for all of you. We would like to cordially invite and welcome you to this meeting.

• What: Annual Meeting
• When: Saturday, 23 September 2023, 4:00 p.m.
• Where: Virtual via Association Zoom Platform


Meeting Instructions:

1. Be a current member of USATF, Texas Southern Association.
2. Please respond to this meeting (RSVP to the Secretary Mrs. Joy Taylor and cc the President and Vice President via our Association email account) by 20 September 2023.
3. Meeting Agenda will be sent along with the meeting zoom invite no later than a day before the meeting.
